Pan African Congress, May 2012
Last year we decided, together with Marie Maigre from ‘Homeopathy4Kenia’, to invite all homeopathy projects in Africa to a congress. We wanted to find out how we can work together in order to spread homeopathy across Africa.
The congress was a huge success with participants from all over Africa as well as America and Europe. We now feel like one big family working towards the same goal.

Jeremy teaching in Swaziland 18/12/2011
I must tell you that I have just returned from a week teaching in Swaziland. Twenty young, eager, intelligent African homoeopaths at different stages of education were there. Several of them sponsored to travel and attend the seminar by your generosity. We spent the week sharing what we have learnt about treating AIDS, as well as treating quite a few patients. For them it was a unique experience as a first master class, and for me it was a fulfillment of another part of the mission: to spread homeopathy throughout Africa. These young people are now on there way back to Rural Swazi, Botswana, Malawi and Kenya, where they will practice and teach their friends, eventually open their own clinics and schools, and homoeopathy in Africa will blossom. You are are part of this collective mission. In May we will hold the first pan Africa homeopathic congress in Kenya, at a beautiful school that is educating young orphan girls in homoeopathy. We will do our best to sponsor those who need to come from all over the continent.

HIV/AIDS course in local hospital
Camilla, has attended a 10 day HIV/AIDS course at the local hospital, where 8 out of 10 patient have AIDS. There are many doctors, clinicians and lab technicians attending. She has learnt an incredible amount about the virus, testing, lab procedures, ARV's, diagnosis etc. She is now a mine of information on the subject. It is incredibly useful to be more familiar with the conventional approach and terminology. Still it is good to see how much we both already know.

New Song 'Homoeopathy for Health In Africa'
This song was presented to me as gift by the KACA theatre group. They do a fantastic job in helping educate and increase AIDS awareness through theater and song. They have witnessed many of the miracles we see daily, so Rama, who I fondly call Bonga, wrote the song. Rama is a musical powerhouse. And the song rocks!
The song was recorded in a tiny Moshi studio; it was hot, it was sweaty, it was crowded, and it was great. Four singers, my son Louis, triple A the sound technician and a quite a few helpers, and of course our two Rastas. I used to work as a sound technician, but that was in prehistory before computers took over. Still it brought back fond memories. Louis, a drummer, gave much useful advice, and our school music teacher, the incredible Mr Lee, an international jazz musician, popped in and sorted out some musical issues. Most of the time we were dancing, hi-fiving and just grinning.
Today we went to hear the final mix and were knocked out, and I hope you will be too. If this song does what I hope it will for homoeopathy awareness, we are cruising! You can have a copy if you know anyone who can distribute it or make it a hit.

Kenyan visitors
This week we were visited by Julias, a very energetic young Kenyan homoeopath, trained in Abha Light school. Julias has a lot of knowledge and has opened a thriving clinic in rural Kenya. He joined us for two days in the rural clinics, and we had a very busy time together. His parting words were: 'There is too much work here for just two people'. We know!
Next week Claire will come to visit. Claire is a wonderful Kenyan homoeopath and osteopath who I have met previously at the 'Homoeopathy for Developing Countries' conference in June. We look forward to seeing her
And we are going on a short break to Mombasa Kenya, where we will visit another homoeopathy school. Full report later.
